Mary Philips started her acting career on the stage and continued in films from the 1930's through to the 1950's. Her first marriage was to Humphrey Bogart but the divorced as she was on the stage in New York and he moved into films in Hollywood. Her second marriage was to the actor Kenneth MacKenna.
