Samuel L Jackson is a chemist who is trying to set up a deal with some drug dealers to make a drug that is 51 times better than any street drug. Strangely, he ends up in Liverpool wearing a kilt, being minded by Robert Carlyle and followed by Carlyle's ex girlfriend (Emily Mortimer) who is an assassin. A strange mix of violence and black humour, with some good performances from the supporting cast.
