The Cannonball Run is a madcap race accross America by a mixed bunch participants, including Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr as a pair of priests, Roger Moore sending up his James Bond Character in an Aston Martin DB5 and Jakie Chan in an early English film. The film is held together by Burt Reynolds and Farrah Fawcett, with the rest of the cast providing a series of mainly visual jokes.
