A group of scientists discover a way of produing limitless clean energy. Their lab is blown up and one of their team killed. Reeves and Weisz go on the run from the FBI and CIA whilst trying to decide who are the good guys. Standard chase plot that does little to develop the characters or build any suspense. Disappointing given the high quality of the cast. The talents of Kenau Reeves, Rachel Weisz and Morgan Freeman being underused.
