An advertising executive (Dudley Moore) on the edge of a breakdown comes up with a campaign based on honesty. He is sent to a mental hospital where he falls for one of the patients (Daryl Hannah) and gets the patients involved in writing more adverts. An interesting satire on the advertising business, creativity and exploitation.
