Calista Flockhart is a nurse with a history who gets a job on nights at a run down childrens hospital that is about to close. The children are frightened of a mechanical girl who lives on the deserted second floor. As strange things start to happen, she tries to find the truth behind the stories. This is the creepy atmospheric style of horror rather than blood and gore. There are some effective scenes and Calista Flockhart gives a surprisingly good performance.
