Santa Claus is in danger of having his North Pole operation being cloed down by an efficiency expert and things are made more difficult by the arrival of Fred his elder brother (Vince Vaughn). This is a fairly standard Christmas TV film, but it is well produced and benefits from the talents of a good cast.
