Christopher Ecclestone is a high tech weapons manufacturer who steals the weapon he has made back from the US military with the help of Sienna Miller. Channing Tatum and Marlon Wayes are recruited by Dennis Quaid into the elite Gi Joes to recover the weapons with help from Rachel Nichols. This is a violent comic book style action film full of computer graphics, but little in the way of plot of character development.
