Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet are two women who are having problems with their love lives, so they decide to swap houses for the Christmas holiday, one in America and one in England. Whilst on their exchange they both fall in love and discover more about themselves and life. This is a very good romantic comedy whose strength is in the script and the performances from both Cameron Diaz and Kate Winslet who are well supported by the rest of the cast. Nancy Myers does a good job producing and directing the film, though the film would have benefited from some tighter editing that would have removed various unnecessary parts of some scenes to bring the run time down to under 2 hours.
