A chiropodist (Albert Brooks) finally meets his in laws, only to find that he is drawn into international smuggling by his intended father in law (Michael Douglas). Michael Douglas has 4 days to close a deal to sell a submarine before his daughters wedding. The humour tends towards slapstick and not subtle, but it is effective and amusing.
