This is a very funny spoof of the James Bond style spy films with Rowan Atkinson as the bumbling English spy and John Malkovich as the evil Frenchman (albeit with the worst French accent ever) trying to take over the british crown. This film confirmed Rowan Atkinson as a very good comic actor, ably supported by Natalie Imbruglia and Ben Stiller, and with John Malkovich giving a performance that confirms the versatility of his ability.
