Patrick Dempsey has been friends with Michelle Monaghan for 10 years. She wants to marry and we cannot commit to a relationship. However when she announces that she is going to marry he realises that he does love her and when she asks him to be her "maid" of honour he tries to win her over. This is an average rom-com, though Michelle Monaghangives an engaging in the lead.
