Two giant pre-historic creatures battle it out off America's west coast while being chased by scientist and the military. This is dire even by TV movie standards. The plot is ridiculous (you know you are in trouble when a shark leaps into the air to take down a jet airliner), the dialogue is dreadful and the acting poor.
