Hugh Grant is an innocent English auctioneer living in America who falls for Jeanne triplehorn, the daughter of a Mafia boss. Grant then gets drawn into a money laundering scam by auctioning painting. As he gets dragged further into the mobs plans, he decides to try and get out. He ends up setting up a sting operation to marry the girl and put the bad guys in prison. A well paced romantic comedy.
