The owner of a mystery book shop decides it is time to find her birth mother, but when she turns up on her doorstep she dicovers her mother has a murdered man in the house and the police then arrive. This is one of a series of Mystery Woman films starring Kellie Martin and Clarence Williams II as her CIA friend.
