A mutated virus escapes in an underground laboratory. A commando team is sent to find the virus and antidote and to shut down the computer protecting the lab. They collect Jovovich, who has lost her memory, on the way in, and end up fighting the computer and the staff who have been turned into flesh eating zombies. Some good visual effects with a fast pace. Led to several sequals and vidoe games.
