Philip Bosco is starting to suffer from dementia which comes to light when his partner dies. His children laura Linney and Philip Syemour Hoffman have to come to terms with trying to look after and do the best for their father. This is a good attempt to portray the emotional difficulties of dealing with dementia against a background of a dysfunctional family. Ther are good performances from the main leads, especially from Laura Linney.
