After earth is laid waste by the robot wars, humanity has moved to the moon but needs an anti-radiation drug only found on one planet, but it is run by a mad scientist intent on sending his robot ships to destroy the bases on the moon and take over the earth. This is a very poor piece of Sci-Fi that is poorly made with poor effects and an implausible plot. Quite why Jack Palance agreed to make this is not obvious.
