Peter Dinklage is a dwarf who inherits a station house in a small town when his friend dies. He moves there for some solitude but meets Patricia Clarkson who is having emotional struggles and Bobby Cannavle who sells hot dogs froma van. This is essentially a study of relationships, with good but underplayed performances from Peter Dinklage and Patricia Clarkson.
