Daryl Hannah is a meterologist who flies into hurracains, only this time the storm is worse than they expect and the people on the ground refuse to belive how bad the storm is. Meanwhile Daryl Hannah has flash backs to when her family were killed in a previous hurracaine. The plot is bad even for a TV film, and not even Daryl Hannah can bring it above a poor rating.
