Comment Joan Fontaine is swept off her feet by Cary Grant and only finds out after marrying him that he is broke from betting on horse racing. As she finds out about more of his lies she gets worried and when his business partner dies she gets suspicions. An excellent performance from Fontaine as the increasingly paranoid wife.
