Jonathan Pryce is a media mogul who creates an international incident to boost ratings. James Bond (Pierce Brosnam) is sent in to sort it out. He has help from Jonathan Pryce's wife, Terri Hatcher, and then teams up with Michelle Yeoh to save the day. This film has some good scenes but somehow does not have the spark of Pierce Brosnam;s first outing as Bond in Goldeneye.
