Scarlett Johansson and Rebecaa Hall are two very different friends who are invited to stay in Barcelona with some friends (Patricia Clarkson). There they meet Javier Bardem who is an artist who sleeps with both women, despite Rebecca Hall being engaged to be married.Things get complicated when when Rebecca Hall's fiancee comes over to Spain to marry her and Javier bardem's wife (Penelope Cruz) reappears.
