Jim Carey is a man whose life is going nowhere, until he goes on a course (run by Terrance Stamp) that teaches him to say Yes to everything. His life changes as a result, including finding Zooey Deschanel as a girlfriend. This premise is fun and there are some good comic moments, although Jim Carrey is a bit over the top in places, but Zooey Deschanel is a good foil to his character.
