A disigured man blames the doctors who were operating on his wife for killing her and so he takes revenge on them by killing them in turn based on the 10 Biblical plauges. Vincent Price comes up with some ingenious ways of killing people with the help of Virginia North, meanwhile the police bumble comically around him.
