A lecturer in criminology (Candace Cameron Bure) who runs a craft store and bookclub invites a famous knitter as chief of a Fortune 5000 company to speak, but then the speaker is faound dead. She and the book club investigate with the help of of her brother the policeman and her boyfriend the fire chief. This is the second of the Ainsley McGregor Mysteries films that is Candace Camoerin Bure moving on from the Aurora Teagarden films. The plots though are very similar have have similar weaknesses. Candace Cameron Bure does have astenge dress sense through this film.
