The wife (Priscilla Dean) of the District Attorney (Edward Nugent) kills her lover when he rejects her. Her son takes the blame and is sent to prison by her husband. Howver the butler of the dead man knows what really happen and decides to use blackmail. The plot is nothing special and has no real twists. Notable for one of the few sound films of silent star Ann Christy as the girlfriend of the son.
