A nurse (Autumn Reeser) inherits a large sum of money when the patient she cared for dies and the estranged family (David Haydn-Jones and Julia Benson) are suspicious of her motives. Autumn Reeser takes her son to Bramble House and David Haydn-Jones also goes there to find out about her but does not tell her who he really is. Just as they develop feeling for each other, the truth comes out. The film pulls all the emotional heart strings. Autumn Reeser is good in the lead, but Teryl Rothery steals all the scenes she is in as the owner of the Bramble guest house.
