A conservationist who lives on an island with rare birds has few links with the outside world except the woman and her young son who run the local store. Their world changes when a man arrives to steal the eggs of a rare bird. This is so poor that not even the under used Kathleen Turner can raise this film above the poor and Rutger Hauer is miscast.
