The murder solving librarian and her ex-spy boy friend have a visit from his niece, her husband and their baby. However when they come back from a party they find the niece missing, the husband dead on the porch and the baby hidden in the bathroom. This is typical of the Aurora Teagarden series of films, though the plot has a bit more to it than some, but her attitude to the baby leaves much to be desired.
