After the death of her husband, a woman (Julie Walters) and her friends from the Women's Instititue in their Yorkshire village decide to produce a calender of 12 middle aged naked women to raise money for the local hospital. It bcomes an international success and impacts all their lives. This is an entertaining retelling of the true story which is well acted by some great British actresses.
