An event planner returns home to help her widowed father after he is injured only to find the bank is about to reposes their house. To raise money she enters their old sailing boat into the Christmas pageant and brings in the her childhood sweetheart to help. The plot is not original and quite predictable. Unusually for made for television romances the lead characters are more mature. Katee Sackhoff is pleasant in the lead, but the best performance is from Terry O'Quinn as the father.
