A group of criminals is randomly killing people and the police have no leads unitl a witness (Brigitte Nielson) gets a look at the gang. Maverick policeman Sylvester Stallone is assigned the case to protect the witness and find the killers. This is Stallone as the action hero policeman doing what he does best in chasing down the bad men.
