Four women arrive at an old hospital after the coach looses a wheel and do not realise it is inhabited by Dracula who is looking for a virgin to resurrect his dead sister. One by one the women are tunred into vampires except the one who is a virgin that he needs her to fall in love with him. This is a Spanish film with a variation on the Dracula story, though with less horror and more female nudity.
