A gang of jewel theives steal some black diamonds, but they are not what they seem. When another group want them back they kidnap the daughter of one of the gang and then they team up with Tiwanese policeman Jet Li to get her back. Standard heist plot with only the fight scenes with Jet Li to recommend it if you like martial arts movies.
