A man investigating the dead of his father opens the tomb of a 700 year old vampire (Teresa Gimpera) who then starts attacking people in the local village. This is a stylish Spanish horror that builds the suspense and tension well through the film. Being filmed in black and white helps with the atmosphere of the film.
