Comment/Synopsis

An ambitious man takes over the consession for the Dante's Inferno exhibit. He makes a success of it by being ruthless and cutting corners leading to the death of people. It is a cautionary tale against greed and seeking wealth at any cost. The film ends up as a strange mix of morality, fantasy, drama and action. This was SPencer tracy's final film for Fox Films.
