When a couple are celebrating their third wedding anniversary she (Norma Shearer) discovers that he (Chester Morris) is having an affair with another woman. In response she has a one night affair and is shocked to find that her husband has double standards. To him his affair does not matter but hers does. This leads to divorcee and their lives go in different directions. This is an early talking film with a good performance from Norma Shearer. it is known now as a pre-code film that deals with sexuality and adultery from the woman's perspective and the double moral standards of the time.
