A fabled riverbeast reappears to terrorise a small town, the local tutor and his student set out to prove its existence and stop the tutor being blamed for the killings. This is a throw back to 1950's monster films and is bad. It has some of the worst dialogue, a bad man in a monster costume, and the acting is generally bad. Sharon Scalzo has the potential but not in this film. Only for those who like bad monster films.
