A young nurse (Rosie Holotik) arrives at a private psychiatric hospital only to find that the doctor who offered her the job and been killed by one of the patients. The hospital is really a large house and is populated by the usual extreme stereotypes of psychiatric patients and the newly arrived nurse gradually starts to realise that things are not what they seem and are more sinister.
