A woman (Ann Harding) uses her charm and skills to trap the son (William Powell) of a wealthy business man into marrying her. Just as she starts to to turn him from a playboy into a business man and getting him to love her, her sister (Lucile Browne) tells him the truth in a fit of spite because she will not lend her sister more money. This is great piece of comedy drama that is carried by the performance of Ann Harding and well supported by the understated performance of William Powell as her husband.
