This is a mix of farmyard comedy, melodrama and slapstick humour and seems like two films spliced together. The farmyard scenes revolved around the animals whilst the melodrama involves romance, fake marriages and sleazy landlords. These are intwined with slapstick scenes that show off Louise Fazinda's comic talents. Overall an entertaining silent comedy that has largely stood the test of time quite well.
