In a universe of the future, space travel is possible thanks to a spice produced by giant worms found only on the desert world of Dune. Kyle MacLachlan is seen by the people of this world as their mystical saviour who leads a rebellion against two warring empires battling over the planet. This is a visually impressive film based on the Frank Herbert novel.
