Comment
A federal agent beings to suspect that a national system of mobile surveillance cameras are actually involved in killing people and part of a plot of machines to take over the country. When a man tries to kill the presidents nephew, he and a television reporter start to investigate. This is a variation of the the computerised surveillance system taking over.
