When The Falcon (Tom Conway) meets a woman who claims to she recently had her portrait painted by a painter who has been dead for 20 years. He travels to Mexico with with the daughter (Martha Vickers) of the painter who thinks he is still alive. This is typical of this series of second features with Tom Conway and a selection of beautiful women against a Mexican background.
