After their balloon crashes four men are washed up on an island and meet one of Frankenstein's descendents still experimenting. The plot makes no sense. They meet bikini wearing women descended from aliens and a descent of Frankenstein keeping her husband alive with blood from a stranded sea captain the alien women. Complicating things are zombie like creatures from from the rest of the ship wrecked crew. David Carradine just appears as a head in a cave. This was Jerry Warren's final film and is more like a 1960's horror that one from 1981.
