Fatty Arbuckle starts the film trying to light a cigarette in the pouring rain and when he returns home with an organ grinder and a monkey his wife decides it is time to take him to a hospital for alchoholics. Whilst there are a few funny scenes, this is not the best of the films made by Arbuckle and Keaton.
