A man goes to a remote castle near a small village to collec his inheritance after his uncle dies and on the way discovers a woman hanging in a tree. He then gets involved with witchcraft, sceances, zombies and women. This Spanish horror is in the style of the earlier Italian 1960s horror films. The highlight is the performance of Paul Naschy as the grave digger.
