A scientist accidentally exposed to a new type of radiation turn into a scaly creature when exposed to the sun. As the creature he kills people but is attracted to a blonde night club singer, meanwhile his scientist girlfriend is trying to find a cure for him. The script and plot are not the best. The acting is generally not great, though the performance from Nan Peterson as the night club singer is about the best.
