Janet Leigh is a single mother who is going out with Wendell Corey, but meets Robert Mitchum as part of her job as a secret shopper. The ensuing love triangle is complicated by Janet Leigh's son preferring Robert Mitchum over Wendell Corey. This is a typical romance of the period but not the best of performances from Robert Mitchum or Janet Leigh.
